How does my Clippy bag look when it comes?
All the products are sent blank, with the pockets unfilled for you to do yourself. Each product does comes with instructions and ideas on how to make your bag beautiful. The pockets are usually 9cm wide x 11cm high but some are not so check each product page to be sure.

What if an item is out of stock?
It will be on a backorder system, and will be sent as soon as possible. We will contact you to give you an estimated date of delivery.
What if I want to return an item?
We are happy to exchange or refund any Clippy product that has been bought from the Clippy website if the item is as new. Returning an item is at your own cost (unless faulty), We will refund your original postage costs. Please call +44 (0) 7790308289.
What happens if my Clippy bag is faulty?
In the unfortunate circumstance that a Clippy bag is faulty please call +44 (0) 7790308289 and we shall exchange or refund the item immediately.
